Twee politiemannen worden naar Tokio gestuurd om een corrupte collega te arresteren en een fortuin aan gestolen diamanten terug te halen. Wanneer één van hen wordt ontvoerd door de yakuza-clan waarmee hun corrupte collega samenwerkt, roept de ander de hulp in van zijn jeugdvrienden uit het weeshuis om de zaak op te lossen.
