Marshall Lawson verliest zijn gevechtsteam in een koelbloedige en schijnbaar willekeurige aanval. Hierna neemt hij de taak op zich om de verdachte omstandigheden van deze brutale moord te onderzoeken. Spoedig brengt hij Majestic CTX aan het licht, een militaire operatie die zo geheim is dat Marshall nu geëlimineerd moet worden. Resoluut in zijn achtervolging komt Marshall in gevecht met een drugshandelaar, die in het geheim door een militair gefinancierd wordt.
