Tracey Wise, een gerenommeerde reisblogger, wordt door Graham Cooper uitgenodigd voor een kerstuitje in de kleine bed & breakfast van zijn familie. Het familiebedrijf wordt echter geconfronteerd met hevige concurrentie van een hotelresort dat gasten steelt, waardoor het voortbestaan wordt bedreigd. Tracey besluit de familie Cooper te helpen en ontwikkelt een band met de knappe Graham.
