Hollywoodster Alyssa Strader verlangt naar een normaal leven, vooral in deze kerstperiode. Daarom besluit ze om incognito terug te keren naar haar kleine geboortestad Rockwell om te beginnen aan een lange lijst van kerst- en winteractiviteiten die ze zich herinnert uit haar kindertijd en die ze in Los Angeles nooit in het openbaar zou kunnen doen. Ze wordt echter opgeroepen om mee te doen aan een kerstspel dat het vredige Rockwell bedreigt met de chaos van Hollywood.
Nee, helaas is Christmas in Rockwell nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
