In het midden van de 27e eeuw is de Terran Confederation in oorlog met het Kilrathi Keizerrijk. Nadat een Terran-basis vernietigd is, hebben de Kilrathi de beschikking over een NAVCOM-unit met de hyperspace-coördinaten naar Aarde. Versterkingen zullen op z'n vroegst pas 2 uur na de vernietiging van de Aarde kunnen komen, en dus is het aan het vechtschip TCS Tiger Claw om de Kilrathi een paar uurtjes bezig te houden.
Nee, helaas is Wing Commander nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
