De film volgt Mathias, een kneus die nog wel eens knock out geslagen wordt. Tijdens deze knock outs volgen er bizarre flashbacks over Premutos, de eerste gevallen engel. Uiteindelijk komt Premutos tevoorschijn in het heden in de persoon van Mathias. Die laat nu zijn ware gezicht zien met als resultaat: een grote slachtpartij.
Nee, helaas is Premutos - Der gefallene Engel nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
