Michael Williams leidt een zwervend bestaan en komt terecht in het stadje Red Rock West. De plaatselijke herbergier Wayne Brown houdt hem per vergissing voor de huurmoordenaar die hij heeft ingehuurd om zijn jonge vrouw Suzanne te vermoorden. Michael heeft het geld dringend nodig en accepteert het aanbod, maar Suzanne biedt hem meer geld om de trekker niet over te halen. Hij vlucht met het geld, maar de situatie wordt pas echt gecompliceerd wanneer de echte huurmoordenaar, Lyle, verschijnt en het geld opeist.
Nee, helaas is Red Rock West nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
