De film vertelt het verhaal van Pootie Tang, een misdaadbestrijder geliefd bij jong en oud. Zijn tegenstanders proberen hem dwars te zitten door zijn speciale riem van zijn vader te stelen, en zijn positieve commercials te stoppen. Het is nu aan Pootie Tang en zijn vrienden om de riem terug te vinden en het kwaad te stopen.
Nee, helaas is Pootie Tang nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
