Jackie is de gastheer van een populair kookprogramma op TV. Hij krijgt een videoband in handen die bewijzen bevat die een stel drugsdealers achter slot en grendel kan doen belanden. De dealers willen de band terug, tegen elke prijs. Een stel afpersers wil de band ook hebben om de criminelen te kunnen uitmelken. Om hem onder druk te zetten wordt zijn vriendin ontvoerd. Hij heeft geen keus: hij moet terugvechten.
