Motorrijder Cary Ford keert terug naar zijn woonplaats voor de hereniging met zijn vriendin Shane. Ook heeft hij nog een aantal zaken te regelen. Bij vertrek was hij in bezit van een aantal motoren, die toebehoorden aan Henry. Henry is een nietsontziende drugsdealer en leider van de Hellions motorbende. Nu wil Henry zijn motoren terug, want de motoren hebben iets waardevollers dan benzine in hun tank. Als blijkt dat Ford niet vrijwillig meewerkt, laat Henry hem opdraaien voor de moord op Junior, de jongere broer van Trey (Ice Cube), de beruchte leider van de Reapers motorbende is. Met behulp van zijn vrienden Dalton en Val moet Ford uit handen blijven van Trey en een FBI-agent, die hem op de hielen zit. Racend op zijn motor gaat hij de strijd aan om zijn vijanden voor te blijven. Dit is zijn laatste kans om zijn onschuld te bewijzen....
