Miles Logan is een juwelendief die net zijn grote slag geslagen heeft met het stelen van een gigantische diamant. Hij wordt echter gepakt, en verstopt zijn buit in een gebouw. Wanneer hij na twee jaar vrij komt, en zijn buit op wil gaan halen, komt hij erachter dat het gebouw veranderd is in een politiegebouw. Hij vermomt zich als agent om in de buurt van de diamant te komen.
Nee, helaas is Blue Streak nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
