Belle, een bezorgster ter fiets besluit haar snelheidstalent aan te wenden om taxi-chauffeuse te worden. Ze wordt al snel bekend doordat ze met 135 mph de stad door scheurt. Een zekere politieman, die niet over deze rijstijl beschikt, weet Belle over te halen om voor hem te komen werken. Samen gaan ze op zoek naar een bende bloedmooie, vrouwelijke bankovervallers.
