Mystic, Connecticut. In een eenvoudige pizzatent, genaamd Mystic Pizza, werken drie jonge meiden als serveerster. Het zijn de mooie Daisy Araujo, haar slimme zus Kat en hun vrolijke vriendin Jojo. Jojo weet door voor het altaar flauw te vallen een huwelijk met haar vriendje Bill te ontlopen. Hoewel ze van Bill houdt, is ze bang om in geen tijd net zo'n uitgezakte huissloof te worden als Bills moeder.
Nee, helaas is Mystic Pizza nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
