Een huurmoordenaar van de CIA, die al meer dan twintig jaar alleen in het veld opereert, gebruikt de rubriek 'Help Wanted' van de kranten om zijn bevelen van de CIA te krijgen. Zijn lang verloren gewaande dochter, nu een Britse MI6-analist, spoort hem op en brengt schokkend nieuws: zijn CIA-baas is al jaren dood en de divisie is al lang geleden gesloten. Samen gaan ze op zoek naar wiens bevelen hij uitvoert.
