De goedaardige pop Glen is een wees, voortgekomen uit de bizarre relatie tussen de duivelse moordlustige pop Chucky en zijn minstens zo gestoorde bruid Tiffany. Wanneer er plannen zijn om een film te maken over de gruwelijke misdaden van zijn ouders, vertrekt Glen naar Hollywood om zijn bloeddorstige vader en moeder opnieuw tot leven te wekken.
