Eind achttiende eeuw trekken de jonge Japanse Tornado en haar vader rond in Engeland met hun poppentheater. Wanneer ze het pad kruisen van een wrede criminele bende, die geleid wordt door Sugarman en zijn zoon Little Sugar, komen ze in gevaarlijk vaarwater terecht. In de hoop met een schone lei te beginnen wil Tornado hun goud stelen, een buit die de bende net na een overval verkregen heeft.
Nee, helaas is Tornado nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
