De ondeugende herder Charlie B. Barkin ontdekt dat zijn gokmaatje, de grote pitbull Carface Malone, veel geld verdient bij de hondenrennen dankzij Anne-marie, een meisje dat met honden kan praten. Carface zet een valstrik op om Charlie uit de weg te ruimen. Maar om de hemelpoort te kunnen passeren, moet Charlie bewijzen dat hij iets goeds heeft gedaan op aarde.
Nee, helaas is Alle Honden Gaan Naar de Hemel nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
