Cenobite Pinhead zit gevangen in een demonisch beeld. Als J.P. Monroe, de jonge eigenaar van een populaire nachtclub, het beeld koopt en per ongeluk bloed morst over het beeld, komt hij echter weer tot leven. Pinhead sluit een deal met J.P., die hem zoveel mogelijk slachtoffers moet brengen, zodat hij zich weer vrijuit kan bewegen. Journaliste Joey Summerskill is vervolgens aangewezen om, samen met Elliot Spencer (de man die Pinhead vroeger was), Pinhead en z'n nieuwe groep van Cenobites te stoppen.
Nee, helaas is Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
