Nate Ryan keert terug naar Bundy Canyon om zijn stervende vader te bezoeken. Hij wordt bijgestaan door Amal, een dwangmatig ongefilterde verpleegster. Met haar hulp opent Nate oude wonden in een poging vrede te sluiten met zijn ongelooflijk moeilijke vader.
