'Onefour: Against All Odds' volgt de razendsnelle opkomst van de eerste drill-rapsterren van Australië. Ze wenden zich tot het opnemen van muziek om een leven in de criminaliteit te vermijden. Twee jaar na hun begin zet de politie hun uitverkochte, nationale tournee af omdat ze vrezen dat de muziek van de groep kan aanzetten tot geweld. De groep, afkomstig uit het westen van Sydney, bevindt zich daarna in het middelpunt van ongemakkelijke onthullingen en onbeantwoorde vragen over wie mag bepalen wat muziek betekent.
