Matt en Karen hebben één van de mooiste gazons uit de buurt. Hun buren, Lenny en Marci, hebben een sprinkler-systeem wat ze expres op het gazon van Matt richten, zodat de planten verdrinken. Vanaf dit moment ontstaat er een grote ruzie tussen Matt en Lenny.
