Speedverslaafde Ross (Schwartzman) is dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe dosis en besluit Spider Mike (Leguizamo) te bezoeken. Deze dealer en zijn geflipte vriendin Cookie (Suvari) zijn echter hun voorraad kwijt. Gelukkig is er nog de vriendin (Murphy) van The Cook (Rourke), de gekke chemicus die de poedertjes prepareert.
