Deze film gaat over een schofterige politieman die snuift en steelt en die zijn politiebadge eigenlijk alleen gebruikt voor illegale praktijken. Dat verandert als hij te maken krijgt met de verkrachtingszaak van een jonge non. Zij weigert de namen van de daders prijs te geven.
