De meedogenloze mediamagnaat Rod McCain koopt de Engelse Marwood Zoo. Vastbesloten om de ouderwetse, kleine dierentuin om te zetten in een rendabel attractiepark, stuurt McCain zijn sexy marketingmanager en zijn wellustige zoon Vince om orde op zaken te stellen. Als ze aankomen ontdekken ze echter dat Marwoods overdreven nauwgezette directeur, Rollo, al een plan in werking heeft gezet.
