Roy, een FBI-agent heeft nogal wat emotionele littekens overgehouden van zijn verleden. Zijn vroegere partner werd jaren geleden vermoord door een Russische spion. Als hij een tiener, die toegelaten wil worden tot de militaire academie moet checken op zijn achtergrond, komt hij erachter dat de ouders Russische spionnen zijn.
