Luther Krank is een man die besluit om Kerstmis en alles wat erbij hoort over te slaan. In plaats hiervan gaat hij op vakantie met zijn vrouw Nora. Maar wanneer zijn dochter op het laatste moment besluit om met de feestdagen naar huis te komen wordt hij gedwongen om weer aan alle kerstverplichtingen te voldoen.
