Shannon Mullins is een politieagente in Boston, en staat op haar beurt bekend om haar grote bek, een kort lontje en het oppakken van de meest moeilijk te vangen criminelen. Geen van beiden had ooit een partner, of zelfs een goede vriend, maar als deze twee wilde onverenigbare dames van de wet hun krachten moeten bundelen om een drugs baron te vangen, gebeurt er wat niemand ooit voor mogelijk zou houden.
