Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog ondergaat soldaat Steven Rogers vrijwillig een experiment dat hem superkrachten zou moeten geven. De proef lukt en onder het pseudoniem Captain America gaat Rogers de Nazi's te lijf. Tijdens een aanval met een experimenteel wapen wordt de Captain echter door zijn aartsvijand Red Skull ingevroren en pas in 1990 weer ontdooit. Red Skull blijkt helaas ook nog te leven en wil zelfs de president van de Verenigde Staten ontvoeren.
Nee, helaas is Captain America nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
