Een groep Amerikaanse tieners reist naar Ierland om een oude vriend te bezoeken. Samen besluiten ze op zoek te gaan naar magische paddenstoelen. Vervolgens beginnen de hallucinaties en de jongeren worden plotseling aangevallen door gruwelijke wezens. Maar de jongeren weten niet of dit nu hallucinaties zijn of de gruwelijke werkelijkheid. Als één van de jongeren dan de gevaarlijke Death Head paddenstoel opeet, begint de nachtmerrie pas echt.
Nee, helaas is Shrooms nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
