Een vredelievende planeet wordt aangevallen door gemene wezens. De leiders van de planeet besluiten een groep van 7 huurlingen in te huren om de aliens te verjagen. De huurlingen zijn een nogal divers gezelschap en onder leiding van Cowboy (Peppard) trachten zij de planeet te redden. Losjes gebaseerd op Shichinin no Samurai.
