Deze sequel volgt Nell Sweetzer die, zes maanden na haar duiveluitdrijving, verhuisd is naar een opvangtehuis. Daar ontdekt ze echter dat de demon die haar leven vernield heeft het nog steeds op haar gemunt heeft. Tot overmaat van ramp wordt ze ook het doelwit van een groep dominees die haar willen vermoorden.
Nee, helaas is The Last Exorcism Part II nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
