De freewheelende, motorrijdende muzikant Johnny rolt met zijn band een klein stadje binnen en ontmoet Kathy, een erestudent die zijn aandacht trekt. Ondertussen wordt Kathy's vader, nadat hij in het Witness Protection Program heeft gezeten, eindelijk opgespoord door twee corrupte agenten aan wie hij jaren geleden ontsnapte, die het geld willen dat hij hen schuldig is.
