April wil van haar vakantie genieten maar gaat eerst nog even met cadeau's langs bij Splinter, de rat, en de vier schildpadden. Tussen haar cadeaus zit ook een scepter met een eigenaardige inscriptie. Als ze deze voorleest verdwijnt ze naar het Japan anno 1303 en verschijnt er een prins uit die tijd in haar plaats bij de Turtles.
Nee, helaas is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
