De altijd onaangepaste Salman (Scott Prendergast) komt zijn schoonzus (Lisa Kudrow) te hulp, wanneer zijn broer naar Irak vertrekt om daar te vechten. Hij is gedwongen een vernederende baan te nemen als reusachtige blauwe bedrijfsmascotte om te kunnen blijven rondkomen.
