Wilby Daniels is inmiddels volwassen geworden en staat op het punt om advocaat te worden als de oude vloek plotseling weer toeslaat en Wilby alweer in een herdershond verandert. Bovendien is het niet makkelijk om een tegenspreuk te vinden, want Wilby wordt voortdurend achternagezeten door een hondenvanger.
