Op een geheime militaire basis werken een aantal geleerde aan een geheim wapen genaamd 'Dark Matter'. Dit wapen is verbonden met een satelliet en is in staat het weer te controleren. Maar door een computerstoring verliezen de wetenschappers de controle over de satelliet en 'Dark Matter' begint zijn eigen leven te leiden. Gigantische stormen en verschrikkelijke blikseminslagen zijn dan ook het onvermijdelijke gevolg.
Nee, helaas is Dark Storm nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
