Nobita's vader stuitte om middernacht op een vreemde advertentie van een fantastisch resort op televisie. Slaperig als hij was, maakte hij een reservering, ook al besefte hij niet eens dat hij tegen de advertentie sprak. De volgende dag besprak hij met de familie hun vakantieplannen, maar besefte dat hij de plek nergens ter wereld kon vinden. Hoewel er plotseling een koffer in Nobita's kamer stond en geïntrigeerd als hij was, opende hij hem alleen maar om een portaal te vinden naar een prachtig resort dat werd beheerd door tinnen robots. Beter nog, het is helemaal gratis. Het lijkt erop dat er een verborgen agenda schuilt achter de persoon die hen daar uitnodigt.
