Als twee koppels, waaronder Jenny en haar vriend, na een schoolfeest op weg naar huis rijden, verdwalen ze in het bos en krijgen vervolgens een auto- ongeluk. De vier studenten gaan op zoek naar hulp, maar komen dan één voor één in handen van Vilmer, een psychopatische moordenaar, en diens familieleden.
