Een groep Londenaren weet te ontsnappen aan een kwaadaardig virus dat Groot-Brittannië in haar greep heeft. Het virus zorgt er voor dat alle besmette personen veranderen in gevaarlijke moordenaars, die een gevaar vormen voor de mensen die de plaag overleefd hebben.
