Clark Stevens is een jonge student geneeskunde die besluit stage te lopen in Cunningham Hall, een instituut voor psychisch gestoorde mensen, ook wel 'Madhouse' genoemd. Clark raakt al gauw vertrouwt met zijn werk, maar wanneer hij op een dag een schim van een klein jongetje ziet, begint hij te twijfelen over zijn eigen mentale geestelijkheid. Wanneer Dr. Morton en Zuster Hendricks brutaal vermoord worden, gaat Clark op onderzoek uit. Niemand van het instituut zou ooit in staat zijn om zo'n moord te plegen behalve Ben. Ben weet niet alleen wie of wat die schim is die Clark heeft gezien, maar weet ook de identiteit van de moordenaar.
Nee, helaas is Madhouse nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
