Ricky heeft van de FBI een nieuwe identiteit gekregen na geholpen te hebben bij het pakken van een drugsdealende FBI-agent. 15 jaar later ontdekt zijn voormalige verloofde hem, wat tot gevolg heeft dat Ricky enkele corrupte FBI-agenten achter zich aan krijgt.
