38 jaar na 'Belle de Jour' ontmoet Henri Husson bij een concert opnieuw Séverine. Hun gemeenschappelijke geheime verleden zorgt ervoor dat Séverine hem tracht te ontlopen, maar hij achtervolgt haar en weet haar te verleiden tot een etentje, waar zij het verleden eens en voor altijd boven tafel kunnen krijgen.
