Bloeddorstige chupacabra's (mythische wezens) begeven zich via tunnels - die gebruikt worden door drugssmokkelaars - van Mexico naar San Antonio. Ze vallen ieder mens aan dat ze tegenkomen. DEA-agent Carlos schakelt de hulp in van een groep criminelen en verzet zich tegen de chupacabra's.
