Plot

De wilde hengst Rex en de politiehond Rinty zijn vrienden. Op een dag wordt hun eigenaar John Sheldon beschuldigd van moord. Alice Ingram is van plan om met Rex deel te nemen aan paardraces om geld in te zamelen. Met dit geld wil Alice de advocaat van John betalen. Ondertussen is Frank Nolan, die John valselijk heeft beschuldigd van moord, van plan om Rex te stelen.
