Brüno (Sacha Baron Cohen) is een flamboyante homoseksuele mode-verslaggever uit Oostenrijk. Hij gaat op reis van Oostenrijk, naar Amerika en probeert hier homofobe Amerikanen te ontmaskeren. In Amerika weet Brüno door te dringen tot verschillende mode-hotspots en ontmoet hij veel verschillende mensen. Hij weet zijn "slachtoffers" vaak in een ongemakkelijke positie te brengen door te zinspelen op homoseksuele relaties.
Nee, helaas is Brüno nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
