Geboren als Michael Peterson, was zijn ambitie simpelweg beroemd te worden. Maar met de weinige kansen die hem geboden werden, was de onderwereld een aantrekkelijk platform voor zijn explosieve karakter, waarbinnen hij een maniakaal alter ego creëerde.
