Een antiekhandelaar verkoopt het beeldje van de gevaarlijke Leprechaun aan een pandjeshuis in Las Vegas. Als een jonge man zijn horloge komt inwisselen omdat hij gokschulden heeft, vindt hij toevallig één van de gouden munten en mag hij van de Leprechaun één wens doen. Helaas heeft de wens enkele akelige gevolgen...
