In Los Angeles wil politieagent John Keem, die gespecialiseerd is in martial arts, zich wreken op Milverstead, een drugdealer die verantwoordelijk is voor de dood van zijn beste vriend. Voor hij het gevecht met Milverstead kan aangaan moet hij wel nog voorbij diens handlanger geraken.
