Juist wanneer de G-Force, een eliteteam van zeer getrainde cavia's, op het puntje staat om de wereld te redden, heft de F.B.I. de geheime eenheid op. Maar teamleider Darwin, vechtsportdiva Juarez, wapenexpert Blaster, computerspecialist Speckles en de meehobbelende Hurley zijn niet te stoppen.
