Bartok, de kleine albino-vleermuis en de ex-sidekick van de gemene Rasputin, wordt op pad gestuurd om Prince Ivan, de Russische troonopvolger te redden. Eerst moet Bartok echter afrekenen met de gemene Ludmilla, de de troon liefst voor zichzelf wil houden.
